Do I have to sign a contract?

No, a contract is not required for an residency, however a contract is required for commercial properties and residential association.  Please call for a free estimate. 

How do you prevent spreading any diseases?

All tools and shoes are cleaned and sanitized between each clean-up. Pet waste can carry bacteria, viruses, and parasites that can threaten the health of humans and wildlife.

What is done with the poop?

We will bag your dogs poop and place it in your trash can or for additional fee we can remove it from your premises.

What if I don't need service for a few weeks?

Just notify us at least 48 hours in advance and we will place your account on hold.

Can I Stop my service at any time?

Yes, your service can be stopped by calling (407) 366-3040 or cell (407) 562-7072 within 48 hours.

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?

Yes, One-time-only or short-term service may be easily arranged.

Is there a charge for the first time?

With your prior approval, there maybe an extra charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time.

Will you service my yard during the Holidays?

We do not work on the following holidays: New Years day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Do you work through the rain?

Yes, mild rain however, not during inclement weather conditions such as stormy, heavy rainfall, and during a hurricane. We will make up the work later that week.

Can I schedule my service for a particular day?

Yes. For example, if you’re having your lawn treated, it is best to schedule our visit for the day before.

Do I have to be home for the service?

It will be best to meet with you and your pet(s) for the first visit so we can all get acquainted. This is also a good time to see if your pet will be aggressive towards us.

Can you work even with my dog in the yard?

Yes, as long as your dog is not aggressive, we will have no problem working with your dog in the yard.
